No, Kasturi Masale products are 100% natural. We do not use any artificial colours, MSG, or chemical preservatives. Our deep red colour comes naturally from sun-dried Kashmiri and local Kolhapuri chillies.
Our masalas have a shelf life of 9-12 months when stored correctly. To preserve the aroma and essential oils, always store them in an airtight container in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid using a wet spoon when handling the spices.
We ship our authentic Kolhapuri masalas across India to all serviceable pin codes.
Once your order is processed (1-2 business days), standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once dispatched.
We accept all major online payment methods securely via Razorpay, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST.
Due to the perishable nature of food items and strict hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or dispatched. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on damaged goods.
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once handed over to our delivery partners, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
