1. Order Processing
At Kasturi Masale, we take pride in delivering the freshest spices. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping across India.
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹800.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee applies to all COD orders.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, high order volumes, or logistical challenges with our carrier partners.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your order directly on our courier partner's website.
4. Damages During Transit
Kasturi Masale ensures that all products are securely packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at support@kasturimasale.in with your order number and photos of the condition of the item.
