Ingredients
- Chicken pieces500g
- Kasturi Kolhapuri Kanda Lasun Masala2.5 tbsp
- Grated fresh coconut1/2 cup
- Onions, sliced2 medium
- Oil4 tbsp
Method
Brown the sliced onions and fresh coconut, then grind to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a heavy kadhai, sauté the paste with Kanda Lasun Masala.
Add chicken pieces, sear on high heat until the meat turns opaque.
Add 1.5 cups of warm water, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes until chicken is done.

• Stir in the spice paste slowly to build a thick, velvety consistency.
